I started my hunting career at a very young age by following within the footsteps of my father and forefathers, by subsistence hunting, fishing and guiding for a living within the vast Koyukuk Wildlife Refuge.

It is with years of personal experience and generations of knowledge of this vast area that allowed me to be hired by a large commercial guiding service.

with years of service for this outfit I have had the opportunity to meet and guide and many well known personalities, many of my guided services have been featured on national television and hunting videos.

It was with my life long knowledge and dedication that allowed many to experience not only success but harvest record book moose.

Now being independently owned and operated It gives me great pleasure that I continue to extend the success and experience of hunting the Koyukuk Wildlife Refuge, the very best Alaska has to offer when it comes to hunting the great Alaska Yukon Moose for many moose taken here are listed in Boone and Crockett, Pope and Young and Safari Club International record books.

It is know wonder that in the late 90’s the Alaska fish and Game limited the tags available for this unit for prior to that the area was hit hard by guided and unguided hunts greatly reducing the moose population and the quality of the hunt, now as the years have past the moose population is up! The success rate is 99%+ and the over crowding that greatly diminished the quality of the hunt is nonexistent.

With exclusive accesses and life long experience and knowledge of this vast Koyukuk refuge from personally knowing the hidden ponds, grass parks, sloughs and breeding grounds your hunting experience is no doubt to be the best opportunity for the experienced hunter, first time hunter, and with minimum physical effort the young and old and everyone in between can experience Alaska at its finest!
